Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays for ages 7 and older.
Some parents train with their children, making it a fun family activity!

There are occasional schedule modifications due to holidays, tournaments, etc.

Because instructors are volunteers, we can keep our rates very affordable, with fees beginning at $15 for drop-in classes for members.
 Fundy Tides Taekwondo is a member of Taekwondo Nova Scotia, which benefits include access to possible KidSport funding. Please contact us for more details.
